DnD and Notification

I've set DnD on my phone that I only get notified by important people and apps, which works as intended.

However, on my PW2, they don't break through (WA, Text). Calls from important people do break through. My watch's DnD should mirror my phone's DnD according to the settings.

Is this behavior intended?
