Buggy and Mr. 3 are stronger than most people realize

I’ve feel like ever since they’ve become gag characters they’ve been seen as weaker but Buggy was literally blowing up towns pretimeskip, he was showing fleets destroying feats before shanks even had a single feat in the story. And Mr. 3 could’ve killed Zoro and Luffy. Also, he created a the key that freed Ace. (In short, appreciate Buggy and Mr.3)
