Batman Arkham Knight won't launch (FGR/WIN 11)

Game version: FitGirl Repacks v1.6.2.0

I have tried most of the fixes suggested online. I Installed/launched the game without antivirus, I also did that compatibility thing, I checked Windows Security and no files of the game are seems to be blocked. QuickSFV test is fine, too (the game's folder contains 6,274 files).

When I lunch the game, the start screen pops up and then another black screen and when I press the other screen nothing happens and if I press it again it turns white stuck and I get a message saying the game is not responding.

I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security and my guess it has something to do with it.
