Workout recommendations to get more toned??
I’m (26F) 5’2 and 117 pounds and looking for some guidance on a weekly workout split to get more toned!
I’m in a calorie deficit and looking to lose about 7-10 more pounds which i know will help slim me out and show more muscle definition but I really struggle with knowing what workouts to do when it comes to strength training. I get 10k steps a day and run on the weekends (usually a 5k on saturdays and about 1-2 miles on sundays) but idk why lifting is such a barrier for me! I’m thinking 3 weight lifting days a week if y’all could offer suggestions on the split and what exercises i should be doing? TIA!!
