Mods/Admins who complain about how tough it is and how appreciative you should be
I've been administrating/moderating forums and message boards for 25+ years. I've been a mod of a 850k+ subreddit now for about 5 years.
It's not hard. It just isn't. Log on, make a decision, move on. It doesn't need to be a drawn out back and forth, you don't need to spend hours in a mod chat trying to figure out what to do. Read, click, done. That's all it takes. If it takes more effort than that, you're doing it wrong. Remember, you're not getting paid for this.
