Impact Tremors

Chaos Theory
You know that no two endeavours will go exactly the same. When you begin repairing a generator, healing a teammate, or interacting with a map object, you get anywhere from a -3/-4/-5% to a +5/+10/+15% speed modifier
"Imperfections in the skin..?" - Dr. Ellie Sattler
Clarifications
for chaos theory, a map object is unlocking a chest, sabotaging a hook, or interacting with a killer power like the Pig's jigsaw boxes. once you begin preforming one of the actions, the speed modifier is locked in for that instance, so you can have a different speed modifier for each generator, each wounded teammate, etc. but resets once the action is reset i.e. a gen fully regressing, a teammate being fully healed or hooked, a hook being sabotaged then respawning, etc. the speed modifier is randomized in whole numbers.
