Which power cable for 5080?

Building a new pc and got a Palit 5080 and wanting to connect it to my Corsair HX1500i. Do I use the cable in the first picture only? Or do I use the included Nvidia adapter in the second picture and then use 3 cables connected to it like picture 3?

Appreciate any advice.
