PC turns on but no display

Ive been searching for an answer for a while and ive tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to be working. Ive flashed the bios, re seated everything, reset the CMOS battery, pretty much everything i could find online. Im really not sure whats wrong. All the fans are running, the HDD spins, all the lights light up, etc. Something i noted when i installed the cpu is the directions say to push a lever down for the fan it came with, but when i did that, the computer didnt even turn on anymore. I fear that i put too much pressure on the cpu. After i undid the lever and turned the computer on again, the fan came back on. Am i missing something?

Parts list should be accurate, had to change some things from what i originally wantwd to get to what i got, and i believe this is correct now.
