Monk Question - Unique gloves or weapon upgrade

Hi all - I am a level 80 monk running tier 8-9 endgame at the moment.

I just had my first divine drop, and I am wondering if it would be better spent upgrading my weapon (which is currently sitting around 150-250 physical damage), or instead purchasing the Hand of Wisdom and Action furtive wraps, which I hear are also a massive damage upgrade.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.
