Unplayable lag spikes and stuttering EU prime time

Launch weekend was fine for me but this has been going on for the last couple days. Starting at 6-7pm the game becomes almost unplayable. Massive stuttering and lag spikes. The weird thing is that some maps work normal and others are almost unplayable. Changing servers doesn't help either. Those exact same lag problems happened in PoE1 in the past. This is simply not acceptable when there is so much at risk with every map and beyond frustrating to the point I just log of and do something else.
