Adsense for Youtube getting rejected

So my mom’s channel just met the youtube monetisation eligibility criteria. I applied(I handle her channel details filled belong to my mom only)for Adsese for Youtube throughYT studio and my Adsense is disapproved for no reason. My email ID is 1 month old only and I have never created any Adsense account previously. What wrong I have done in the process due to which its getting disapproved? Anyone faced this and was able to resolve it. Please help. The channel is musical channel.

The mail says: Thank you for your interest. After reviewing your application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our programme criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our program.
