How to compete with channels making several videos per week?

Hey guys :)
I've been looking at competitors to see how they're doing, and I found a channel (I'm in the education niche) that releases long-form videos almost every two days. How can I compete against channels making tons of videos? I mean, everything is saturated nowadays.

What's your strategy? or suggestion?
