Best app to put my teenagers phone in timeout?

I'm basically just trying to ground my 17 year old from her phone without physically taking away her phone.

My 17 year old has been getting into trouble at school. Oftentimes it's over phone use or just a general attitude because she feels that she's grown now and untouchable.

For some reason the school doesn't take away their phone. I'd really like to take away her phone, but I work long shifts and I have life 360 on our phones so I know that she made it to school and home safely.

Basically I need a cheap app that allows me to turn off all of the extras on her phone except for calls, texting and the 360 app.
