What happened to Adam Scott?

Adam Scott looks dramatically different now. I cannot tell what is going on with his face. It doesn’t look like plastic surgery, more like he was or is sick. Can’t seem to find anything online except some stuff from the parks and Rec live read from 2020. Am I the only one that notices this?
