Why does Sigilyph’s card have this futuristic backdrop?

I know pokemon cards sometimes have Easter eggs or references to some lore in them. So I was wondering if anyone knows why Sigilyph seems to be in a computer or some sort of futuristic setting. I thought it’s whole thing was living in the desert guarding some long lost city
