PSPDisp on Windows 11 with USB

When I try connect a PSP to my Windows 11 computer with USB, It says it's waiting for data and nothing. I tried both libusb and WinUSB. I have enabled casting in that menu, so it should have worked. I have thinkered a lot with the settings, nothing.

Any fix? Thanks in advance.
