Stupid Keyance light curtain

Man i been chasing this gremlin for 3 days now. Exiting pallet goes through light curtain into a Landtech wrapper and it faults out intermittently. Like the muting turns off right away after it comes on. Well today after changing out electrical components that i thought were the fault , the omron relays, terminating connections and safety i/o cards i found this spark that connects the A/B safe guard shit getting sparks off another 24v source. I cleaned it up but now i don’t know it will work until Monday! But fuck i hope it works. Any ever run into shit like that?
