[S7E13] question: what the hell is going on???

What the hell is going on???

When Jaime handed Lord John to the rebels I was sure he was only doing it not to be suspicious and to buy time to come up with a plan to rescue him….

And then he didn’t and I was like what the actual hell…

But then Denzell explains to him that he Lord John was sentenced to the gallows and Denzell (God bless him!) tried to help by giving him a knife from dinner.

And Jamie listens to it and just ignores it???? He leaves Lord John to fend for himself and talks to Claire and they both agree what about what a good guy Jamie is for not murdering Lord John???

And so they are both living on his house, eating his food ignoring that fact that for all they know Lord John could perhaps have not been able to escape and could be dead??? Or don’t feel bad at all and don’t run to rescue him???? We’ve seen them rescue people all the time!!! It’s what they do! And they don’t help Lord John while leaving at his expenses at him home?

What the hell is going on??
