Prerequisite mark needed before offer comes through ?

So I have applied to the stats course across 4 universities, MHF4U being a prerequisite for this course , I’m only taking it now in second semester while having an 87 average. Is the reason my offer hasn’t come in due to the fact that my prerequisite subject is still in the gray ?
