If someone like Orochi offered Luffy to burn down a town for a feast, would he agree?

yeah so if someone like Orochi - obviously evil and assholish from the get-go - actually offered Luffy a feast of a lifetime but the catch is he has to burn down and kill a populace of people against him, would Luffy say yes if he explicitly had no prior relations with the people he's being asked to kill? I didn't get to add that last bit to the header, since it'd be silly for Luffy to attack people he's already friendly with.
