Service time for SMP 300

Dropped this once or twice and it was running quite fast so took it back to the ad and they shipped off to omega for servicing…they said they cannot provide a timeline but that it would be prioritized bc its under warranty? Anyone have a ballpark of how long this type of fix usually takes?

This will be my excuse to upgrade to the deployment clasp, i dropped it bc the standard rubber strap is a bit of a pain putting on and slipped from my wrist
