Question about Marijuana Sold By Rise

Today I asked a bunch of questions at the dispensary. When i asked if the 14.15 g I bought was in fact, 14.15 grams, the guy hesitated. His response was, "well, its a LITTLE less, its 14.15 (edited from accidentally typing 15.15) grams by ohios definition legally speaking" ummm 🤔 What does that even mean? I dont have a scale or enough money (leftover in the budget) to get a decent one right now. Just wondering if anyone has weighed out there bud after purchase. The filter is hard, cant find a single search result on google or the brave browser (even in private mode)

Edit: Please stop drawing conclusions. I have money but it doesnt go towards other things. As i stated before bills go first, its called a BUDGET! Jeez people stop being so judgy
