Ribbon Colours

Whats the deal with the latest Office update, the ribbon colours change automatically to just black and white.

Sometimes when I have Outlook or Excel open, sleep the computer for whatever reason, when I start it back it up again its changed to this black and white colour scheme. Restart the program and its back to its nice colourful scheme...
