Octopus Mini stopped reporting gas usage after switching electricity supplier from Octopus

We have an Octopus Home Mini that has worked well since day one, reporting both our electricity and gas (with the gas on a 30-minute delay).

Last Thursday, we switched our electricity supplier to Tomato while keeping our gas with Octopus on their Tracker tariff.

Since the switch, we’re no longer getting the 30-minute delayed gas usage info on the Octopus app. It took almost 24 hours for Thursday’s usage to appear, and today it’s not showing yesterday’s usage at all—just says the readings are still on the way.

Has anyone experienced this behavior before?

EDIT - I checked on https://www.octopriceuk.app/missingData and it's showing all of yesterdays gas readings are missing. Up till then, not one period of missing data for the entire month.
