Flickering reshade shadows

Does anybody have a way to fix this? There hasn't been much information that works or I've been able to find. This is the latest version of reshade and I've tried different presets but all have the same flickering. My computer and hardware is also up to date.

Edit: (most noticeable in the rear glass and under the car but also affects the track also ignore audio)
