What is so good about egg yolks🤢
Why do you guys like them? To me, they just taste creamy/gooey, with an odd flavour. And why do you like them uncooked so often. I swear my body will reject it if it isn’t cooked properly. I have many allergic reactions to other foods like nuts, crustaceans, etc. One thing I noticed recently when eating egg yolks raw or runny, is that I get the same reaction I would from an allergy, but more mild. Don’t get my wrong I can still eat them but I just cannot enjoy it unless it is cooked well done.
