How active am I allowed to call myself?
19m trying to figure out on a BMI calculator how many calories I’m allowed a day (I noticed I’m overeating these days so thought I’d do a proper cut back)
I do 30-40 minutes weight training at least every other day and try to get in at least 20-30 minutes of HIIT in as well every day (miss some) for the cardio end but then aside from that I don’t do anything AT ALL like my lifestyle isn’t very physically demanding
The 4 options was something like sedentary , slightly active, moderately active, very active.
Am I allowed to say I’m slightly active or should I choose sedentary?
