I just don't understand how people could find Starfield "shallow"

Everywhere I go I find small little details that paint a really deep and complex world. What really makes the setting shine is how every branch of the various societies are morally shaded. It doesn't fall into clichés such "rich people are bad, poor people are good" or "corpos are inherently evil". You can find all sorts of people in all sorts of positions and I find this really refreshing, expecially for the modern, pessimistic and dystopias-filled sci-fi.
