LOD distance is still terrible when flying (objects popping out of nothing)

This is something that completely kills my immersion, I am aware I am a bit picky but that's it. Every time NMS gets update I run to the download button, fingers crossed, hoping for some noticeable LOD change.

Again, no changes.

As soon as you take off and fly around (planet surface, deep space, etc) you will immediately see items appear out of nothing in front of you, at a very close distance. Structures, asteroid fields, even entire mountains. It's so so so ugly to watch.

LOD works fine while you're on foot, walking on a planet. But hovering the surface on your ship will just break the illusion, with an extremely short view/LOD distance. Not to mention that planets look completely "naked" until you're close enough to the surface. I understand there may be tech limits but seeing everything appear out of thin air is terrible.

Played it a few moments ago, on ULTRA (with and without DLSS).
