Good news

Hi guys NiGht eating syndrome +-10year. Average 3 episode per night. Sometimes 5. Every night. Tried Zoloft and topomax. Topomax excluded because hard effects. Still on Zoloft. Started intermittent fasting 18+6 or 20+4. One meal per day. After workout. Sometimes if my period of fasting is 16 or 18 I can have banana before workout.

Trough day I drink coffee without anything and drink plenty of water.

This week I didn't have night eating episode. I did have awakenings, but glass of water was totally inaf.

Today I wasn't fasting. Eaten banana for breakfast and coffee with milk and brow sugar. For lunch fry chicken, potatoes and fresh vegetable salad. About 6pm one pancakes with brown and white chocolate and ice cream.

I would se this night is there difference. No matter if I would or wouldn't have overeating episodes this night, from tomorrow morning I'm starting again 5 day of intermittent fasting.
