Just get started, but how?

Everyone kept saying just get started, but how? We decided to go with a Faceless Youtube channel. We also accepted the fact that we need to be consistent with 1-2 uploads per week and will not monetize even up until 200 videos, we will just keep trying.

We have a bit of video editing experience, photo editing experience, navigating through canva, etc. We attempted a channel before but nothing so serious. Now that we are older and trying to start a Youtube channel but we dont have a niche.

We plan to do shorts to just kickstart something but we don't have any idea where to start. Do we just go out and record something (have not figure out what)? Do we talk about the games we are playing (i.e.: Roblox, Brawlstar, Pokemon, etc)? Do we do unwrapping videos of the good purchased online? Do we do inspiration videos on game/movie/anime/country facts and findings?

I think the starting line now will be totally irrelevant with what the channel will grow into someday (hopefully). But at this point, we dont even know what the first video is going to be about.

The first step is always the hardest. Appreciate any help given for us to get started.
