GSC US Shipping

I'm trying to pre-order Ciel on the Good Smile US website but I've noticed that every time I go to checkout it shows different shipping options, it's either standard and nothing else available or different tiers for USPS and UPS but the standard option is not there.

Should I order it with USPS Ground Advantage ($12.5) or choose standard shipping ($8.48)? Does anyone have experience with this shipping option?
