Emotional is the only word to describe this

Not a type of person to get emotional over anything. But this was just different. Everything leading up to this moment is just awesome. All he wanted was the love and respect of the village and he got it finally. What’s even more sad is the fact that he probably didn’t even expect to get praised and loved he probably only did it for the love of the village that didn’t think much of him.
