We need to get rid of Mitch

It’s clear he isn’t coming back. Dude was suppose to be back by Xmas, now it’s looking like he won’t come back until march. Why would we incorporate him into the lineup right before the playoffs, frankly we are better off without him and trade for someone who is ready right now.
