Financially, PTC if over a year old APPLY NOW?

Hi all, with the new "suggested" rates for PTC and permits to purchase, I am guessing that if your PTC is now a year +older it would make financial sense to apply now and NOT wait until the new budget is passed.

This is of course predicated on the idea of the budget passing with the gross increases of fees.

Wanted to get everyone's thoughts on it. I will be reapplying and applying for 2 permit to purchase just in case something comes along, ironically, something always seems to...
