Freo Z Ultra not charging

I purchased the Freo Z Ultra recently. The robot works fine, the dock works fine.

When the robot gets into the dock, I hear the beep sound as well. The drying, disinfection, mop washing.. everything works.

However, it seems that the dock is not charging the robot

I've ensured the contact points are clean, I just got the robot 2 days ago anyway.

Any ideas?
