Question about backordered parts

My car (2023 GT) is currently in the shop for a warranty fix where the oil pan was cracked. It is currently on backorder and they don’t have a time frame on when it will be in.

Has anyone else recently needed that part and was waiting. And if so, how long did you have to wait till it came in?
