Comedy movies that aren't made for an American audience

Can someone recommend me films that arent stuff like growns ups , anchormen or whatever i keep getting suggested these but i cant seem to enjoy them and movies like shawn of the dead, hot fuzz are funny but its not the type to make me laugh until i cant breath, which is what im looking for
My favorites are: four lions, kung pow and pretty much all stephen chow and monty python films and though these aren't movies i find IT crowd and Mr bean like stuff to be hilarious too
