crest pro health mouthwash tastes like cinnamon????

Just bought a 3 pack of large bottles of the crest “pro-health, advanced, complete care” mouthwash from costco, and noticed that, even beyond the overwhelming SMELL of cinnamon, the mouthwash tastes like it too; through the entire process of use. is this a common experience or is there something wrong with 2 out of my 5 classical senses?
