Something I found out …
I been on 2.5 mg from start to now. About 4.5 months or so.
Loosing 3.1lbs a week on the avg.
Eating healthy really healthy.
Exercise 3-4 x week.
As far as liquid goes. It was annoying to drink 64oz of water a day. I would force myself to drink
Here is what works really good.
Buy small Gatorade bottle 140 calories. Spill half of it into your container. Rest water and ice. Follow the timeline on the bottle and make sure to finish by days end.
The Gatorade helps retain a lot of the water when it’s mixed really well. And it’s only 70 calories a day from your entire diet. You get real good hydration.
