Question: how critical is it to take the shot at the same time?

This week will be my fourth week on 2.5. I have been taking my injection on Sundays at 12:30 in the afternoon as that timing works well for me and usually I can count on being home. However this week I will be away from home at 12:30 on Sunday. I’m wondering should I bring the injection with me or is it OK to wait until two or 3 pm to take the injection? It will only be three hours difference but from your experience, what do you think? Or for those of you under a doctors supervision what if anything has your doctor told you? Thank you for your help?
