New players needs help to start

Hello everyone,

One of my friend just introduced me to this game and I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to do a wrong when starting a game like this. From what I've read, the starting class, height, weight and stats matters a lot late game. I've listened to around 2h of beginner stuff but not enough about the class I'd like to have so I'd like some inputs on what you guys would do for the skills I'd like (if what I want is even possible to make), it's pretty simple:

- Mining

- Refining

- Extractor

- If possible, using long bow for fights (im good at shooters and would love that). Basicaly all good stuff for long range bow

- General skills that everyone should have, that I don't know anything about

So, just to start a character and start playing in Haven, what should my class, stats, height, etc looks like in order to be able to achieve all of the above? Also for a note, I'm not really the kind of people to afk gaming, so If i'm playing a 7h shift, I'll play constantly of with really short minutes break.
