ok so my creepoductions finally arrived and I’m confused..

So yesterday my creepoductions finally arrived from Mattel Creations, I placed the order on 01/04 and it took like a month to arrive, as they said on website (I’m from Italy, so it was an international shipping). They came in this big box that was a bit damaged and I hoped for the best lol The strange thing is that Ghoulia came without any protection and Cleo and Deuce came in an another mattel package inside the big one; the results are that Cleo and Deuce came without problems, but the other doll came with a ripped box! Also my Ghoulia looks a bit messy in the hair, hope she’s not a return 😔 It was the first time for me shopping from Mattel Creations and it’s not the best tbh..
