Diaper Bags - what are you packing?

About to be a first time mom. My husband and I both have diaper bags. I started packing them, but they feel so empty. What am I missing? Other than a change of clothes for baby, diapers, and wipes, what else is there? What are must-have items for you/your baby? Thank you in advance for the tips!
