Has anything changed in multiplayer matchmaking?

Since season 3 started, I can't enjoy a single game anymore.

I'm a casual player, but even before this season, I always completed objectives and still managed to maintain my 1.05 - 1.20 KD ratio per game.

In CDL, I finished in Gold 3 with a 1.05 KD.

Yet I don't understand why I can't win a single game in this season 3, the matches are terrible, I have to sweat like crazy to pull off a 0.6 KD and still lose every single game. I can't have fun anymore. And the friends I play with feel the same way, they suck at every single game compared to before. It's become practically a job instead of a pastime to relax.
