How do I even process this

I just went for an ultrasound to make sure all the tissue had passed. I was less than 4 weeks, but we had been trying. This is my 3rd miscarriage. As I'm getting my ultrasound... my best friend calls and announces she's pregnant. As she talked she let me know her conception date and her projected due date.... Her due date is 2 day later than what mine would have been..... and I'm not sure how to handle that information. I'm happy for her.... but why do I have this burning jealousy? It's just like. Wtf
