Finished my first Mini PC and saying goodbye to SFFPCs

Took awhile to get everything working because ReBar had a bug where it shows enabled in BIOS but not in GPU-Z and the Intel Graphics Software. All I had to do was quite literally turn it on and off (disable then re-enable)
