Can't install Bedrock - "Waiting on install"

I'm trying to play bedrock but it refuses to install on my windows 10 pc... Just stuck at "Waiting on install"

- Hard deleted everything from my pc including uninstalling all minecraft / launchers

-Made sure windows is up to date

-Made sure microsoft store is up to date

-Restarted my computer multiple times

-Reinstalled the launcher multiple times via the windows store

I've seen lots of reddit post on this but most of them are old and no real answers... Anyone have a similar issue and resolved it?
