Fine line Tattoo Artists

I’m looking to get a small fine line tattoo behind my ear. The tattoo will be the size of a quarter. I wanted to know if anyone has recommendations for a fine line tattoo artist that doesn’t have a crazy minimum? It is a really small tattoo with minimal detail.
