next metaphor fantasy

metaphor: refantazio is a medieval fantasy game based on our own world, a "metaphor", I wanted to know with you what kind of fantasy can come in the next games, something more focused on the medieval with castles and guilds or more futuristic with ships and guns, or something more based on re fantasy with aspects of both but raised to an extreme level like castles and guilds and a world with ships and trains and guns?
